Pricing questions
What does a refresh do?
A full refresh recaptures the relevant pages in a competitor collection. You can run it on demand or schedule it at the cadence shown for your plan. Coverage and successful captures depend on the site and your plan limits.
What is a capture credit?
A standard page capture uses 1 credit. Captures that need a managed capture service, such as for bot-protected sites, use more credits because they cost more to deliver. Your monthly allowance is shown in Compare plans.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your account. When downgrading, choose which competitors stay active within your new limit. The others are frozen: their captures remain readable, but no longer refresh. Upgrading can make them active again.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access until your paid period ends. After that, viewing, downloads, and MCP, API, and extension access end. Your data is kept for 90 days; resubscribe within that time to regain access, or it is deleted.
